[目的]通过对两个半封闭式钛渣生产项目中噪声危害进行识别与分析,找出钛渣生产项目控制效果评价中的噪声危害关键控制点,并提出针对性预防措施。[方法]采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、工作场所噪声检测与职业健康检查的方法,对两个半封闭式钛渣生产项目中噪声危害进行识别、分析与检测,结合工程防护、个体防护及工人健康资料对现场噪声关键控制点进行分析。[结果]半封闭式钛渣生产项目中接噪岗位噪声强度超标率分别为80%和70%,超标岗位噪声的频谱分析主要以中高频为主;半封闭式钛渣生产项目中噪声关键控制点为配料、投料、冶炼、破碎、球磨、分筛、磁选、成品包装、电极破碎、除尘等岗位,占总接噪岗位的83.33%。[结论]目前半封闭式钛渣生产项目中接噪岗位较多,噪声超标情况较为严重,噪声的关键控制点较多,而该方面的研究报道较少。所以该研究为今后在对类似项目的职业病危害控制效果评价中,建议厂方对噪声危害的防护应从噪声危害的关键控制点着手提供依据,使工人实际接触的噪声声级控制在国家职业卫生限值以下。
[Objective] By identifying and analyzing the noise hazards of two semi-enclosed titanium slag production projects, the key control points of noise damage in the evaluation of control effect of titanium slag production project were found out, and targeted preventive measures were put forward. [Methods] The occupational health field survey, engineering analysis, workplace noise testing and occupational health examination methods were used to identify, analyze and test the noise hazards of two semi-enclosed titanium slag production projects. Combining with engineering protection, individual protection and Workers health information on the scene of the key control point of noise analysis. [Result] The over-standard rates of noise-induced noise in the semi-enclosed titanium slag production project were 80% and 70%, respectively. The spectrum analysis of excessive noise was mainly in medium and high frequency. The key noise control in the semi-enclosed titanium slag production project Point for the ingredients, feeding, smelting, crushing, ball milling, screening, magnetic separation, finished packaging, electrode crushing, dust removal and other positions, accounting for 83.33% of the total noise position. [Conclusion] In the semi-enclosed titanium slag production project, there were more noise-canceling posts, more serious noise, more critical control points of noise, and few reports on this area. Therefore, in the future, this study suggests that the manufacturer’s protection against noise hazards should be based on the evaluation of the control effects of occupational hazards in similar projects, and the noise levels actually exposed by workers should be controlled in the national occupational health limits Value below.
