世界贸易组织DSM正在良好的发挥着作用,在关贸总协定DSM中存在的很多问题也已经被克服。但仍然存在不足,需要改进。
The World Trade Organization DSM is playing its role well and many problems with the GATT DSM have also been overcome. However, there are still some shortcomings that need improvement.
