阐述了Mie氏光散射原理测量矿浆粒度以及消光法原理测量浓度,在分析了理论基础上,搭建了双波长激光测粒仪的实验平台,通过在同一平台上接收数据,处理数据,实现了矿浆粒度、浓度的在线综合检测。算法采用的是约束反演算法,推理出双波长方程组,克服了以往单波长的计算量大的问题,并在matlab上应用图像处理对接收到的光强进行编程、处理、分析[1],也进行了仿真验证得出了颗粒频度分布图以及累积分布图,避免了以前用单片机或嵌入式进行计算、输出的复杂性,使结果更加直观且过程简便。
