作者报道液氮冷冻治疗腮腺恶性肿瘤保留面神经的临床研究结果。１５例腮腺恶性肿瘤病人，经腮腺全切除解剖并保留面神经，术区喷灌液氯冷冻，术后随访３年半未见肿瘤复发和转移，疗效满意。面神经功能在短期内完全恢复，为本病提出了新的治疗方法。
The authors report the results of a clinical study of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for the preservation of facial nerve in parotid malignancies. Fifteen patients with parotid gland malignant tumor underwent total resection of the parotid gland to retain the facial nerve. Chloroplast was spray-frozen in the operation area. No tumor recurrence and metastasis were observed after 3 and a half years follow-up. The curative effect was satisfactory. Facial nerve function completely restored in the short term, for the disease proposed a new treatment.
