We apply magnesium sulfate polarization treatment of 21 cases of stubborn premature beat and tachyarrhythmia, the observed good effect. The report is as follows. Clinical data 21 cases, 19 males and 2 females. The age is 18 ~ 63 years old. The shortest duration of 3 days, the longest 10 years. Among them, there were 2 cases of frequent atrial premature beats, 3 cases of frequent atrial premature beats, 1 case of frequent atrial premature beats and paroxysmal atrial tachycardia
