高速切削已经成为21世纪机械制造业的主流发展方向,而高速切削刀具仍然是限制淬硬钢等难加工材料的切削效率提高的关键因素。仿生摩擦学的出现,为刀具表面减摩技术带来了新的研究方向。针对陶瓷刀具、高速切削技术和微织构加工技术的发展现状,提出采用激光加工的方法实现陶瓷刀具表面微织构的加工技术。并分析了淬硬钢等难加工材料的高速切削过程中存在的问题,认为开展短波长激光加工陶瓷刀具表面微织构的研究对于该问题的解决具有重要的意义。
High-speed cutting has become the mainstream of machinery manufacturing in the 21st century. High-speed cutting tools are still the key factors that limit the cutting efficiency of difficult-to-machine materials such as hardened steel. The emergence of bionic tribology has brought a new research direction for the anti-friction technology of the tool surface. In view of the development of ceramic cutting tools, high-speed cutting technology and micro-texture processing technology, the processing technology of laser micro-texture on the surface of ceramic cutting tools is proposed. The problems existing in the high speed cutting process of hardened steel and other difficult materials are analyzed. It is of great importance to carry out the research on the surface micro - texture of ceramic tool with short wavelength laser processing.
