采用激光焊对NZ30K镁合金进行焊接,研究了激光功率、焊接速度和热输入对镁合金激光焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,镁合金正面熔宽变化不大,背面熔宽增加。镁合金焊缝正面和背面熔宽随着焊接速度的增加而减小。随着焊接热输入量增加,镁合金焊接接头抗拉强度增加。焊缝熔透后,抗拉强度随热输入增加变化不大,最大抗拉强度达到母材强度的79.8%。
The NZ30K magnesium alloy was welded by laser welding. The effects of laser power, welding speed and heat input on microstructure and properties of laser welded joints of magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of laser power, the frontal melting width of magnesium alloy does not change much and the melting width of the backside increases. Magnesium alloy weld front and back weld width decreases with increasing welding speed. As the welding heat input increases, the tensile strength of magnesium alloy welded joints increases. After the weld penetration, the tensile strength changes little with the increase of heat input, and the maximum tensile strength reaches 79.8% of the base metal strength.
