随着我国经济的发展,旅游业迎来发展的黄金期,然而导游人员的素质明显跟不上时代发展的需要。近年来关于导游队伍中的一些负面新闻不断:导游不择手段的拿回扣;在游览过程中“游而不导”;不如意就讥讽、谩骂游客,甚至对游客拳打脚踢;导游薪酬制度的不合理是造成各种负面新闻的主要原因之一,现从导游主要收入出发,分析当今导游薪酬结构所存在的问题,从而提出改变现行到有制度的具体建议,以促进我国旅游业健康持续的发展。
With the economic development of our country, the tourism industry ushers in a golden period of development. However, the quality of tour guides obviously can not keep up with the needs of the development of the times. In recent years, there have been some negative news about the tour guides continually: reimbursement for unscrupulous tour guides; during the tour, “travel without guide”; sneer at and ridicule tourists, even punching and kicking tourists; Rationality is one of the main reasons for various negative news. Starting from the major tour guides’ income, we analyze the problems existing in the tour guide’s pay structure today, and put forward specific suggestions for changing the current system-in-place so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s tourism industry. .
