目的探讨五加皮、杨梅树皮及其复方制剂药对小鼠机体功能状况的作用及其机制。方法采用对比法,对小鼠给以镇痛药物之后再给以冰醋酸致痛,观察其对急性疼痛的感受,扭体频数的观察;最后颈椎脱臼法处死,取小鼠肾上腺与脾脏,称重观察药物对小鼠免疫力的影响。结果复方制剂药的急性镇痛药效明显(P<0.05),五加皮镇痛药效远不如赖氨匹林(P<0.01),也不如杨梅树皮和复合制剂。杨梅树皮对脾脏的免疫功能影响大(P<0.05)。结论杨梅树皮有镇痛药效,五加皮无镇痛药效;且杨梅树皮中加入五加皮所制成的复方制剂有更全面的治疗效果。杨梅树皮有镇痛药效,五加皮和复方制剂无镇痛药效;杨梅树皮、五加皮单独使用,分别可以提高机体免疫功能;但是临床应用应该采用分开使用的方式,两药联合用药不具备提高疗效的功能。
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Wujiapi, Myrica rubra bark and their compound preparations on the functional status of mice. Methods By contrast, the mice were given analgesic drugs and then given glacial acetic acid pain, to observe their feelings of acute pain, writhing frequency observation; Finally, cervical dislocation method was executed, take the mouse adrenal and spleen, said Re-observe the impact of drugs on the immunity of mice. Results The acute analgesic efficacy of compound preparations was significant (P <0.05). The analgesic efficacy of Wujiapi was far less than that of lysipillin (P <0.01), and inferior to that of bayberry bark and compound preparations. Myrica rubra bark on immune function of the spleen (P <0.05). Conclusion Myrica rubra has analgesic efficacy, Wujiapi no analgesic efficacy; and the bayberry bark added five Jiapi made of the compound has a more comprehensive therapeutic effect. Myrica bark has analgesic efficacy, Wujiapi and compound preparations without analgesic efficacy; Bayberry bark, Wu Jiapi used alone, respectively, can improve immune function; but clinical application should be used separately, the two drugs Combination does not have the effect of improving efficacy.
