快速诊断卫星故障并进行卫星故障快速恢复与组网,是最大限度保证卫星导航系统可用度的有效手段.本文就在轨卫星故障进行快速故障诊断以及故障恢复后的快速钟差测定进行研究,并建立卫星快速恢复机制与流程,使其尽快具备组网能力,保证组网卫星数量,恢复对用户的服务.试验表明,可使卫星故障定位时间由原来的30 min缩短到5 min之内,并快速进行钟差计算,生成注入电文,上述方法有效缩短卫星不可用时间,减少故障对卫星可用资源与寿命的浪费.
