气候变化已经成为国际社会高度关注的全球性问题。与之相应,经过近30年的发展,气候变化经济学科日臻完善,形成了独特的研究领域、研究方法和理论体系。中国一直本着负责任的态度积极应对气候变化,将应对气候变化作为实现发展方式转变的重大机遇,积极探索符合中国国情的低碳发展道路。中国政府已经将应对气候变化全面融入国家经济社会发展的总战略,中国在国际气候治理格局中正扮演着越来越重要的角色。气候变化经济学的发展,成为时代的需求。
Climate change has become a global issue of great concern to the international community. Correspondingly, after nearly 30 years of development, the discipline of climate change economics has been perfected, forming a unique research field, research method and theoretical system. China has been actively responding to climate change with a responsible attitude. Taking response to climate change as a great opportunity to realize the transformation of its development mode, China has been actively exploring low-carbon development in line with China’s national conditions. The Chinese government has fully integrated the response to climate change into the overall strategy of national economic and social development. China is playing an increasingly important role in the international climate governance. The development of climate change economics has become the demand of the times.
