中国共产党甘肃省第十次代表大会2002年4月18日至4月22日在兰州胜利召开。这次大会是在国际国内形势发生深刻变化,我省改革开放和现代化建设进入新的发展阶段召开的一次极其重要的会议。这次大会的主题是,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,认真实践江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想,深入实施西部大开发战略,为加快甘肃经济社会发展而努力奋斗。大会实事求是地总结了第九次党代会以来的工作,确定了今后五年全省工作的指导思想、奋斗目标、重大措施和阶段性发展目标,描绘了我省的发展蓝图,号召全省共产党员和各族人民抓住机遇,开拓进取,奋发有为,加快发展,创造我省的辉煌未来。大会通过了宋照肃同志代表第九届省委所作的《认真实践“三个代表”重要思想,深入实施西部大开
The 10th Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China Gansu Province was held in Lanzhou from April 18 to April 22, 2002. This conference is an extremely important meeting that has undergone profound changes in the international and domestic situations and in which our province has entered a new stage of development through its reform and opening up and its modernization drive. The theme of this conference is to hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, conscientiously practice Comrade Jiang Zemin and the important thought of Three Represents, thoroughly implement the strategy of developing the western region and work hard to speed up economic and social development in Gansu Province.
