二汽车桥厂加工五吨载重汽车后桥减速器壳CSUX-05自动线的电气控制系统应用了ZBSK_1型组合式步进顺序控制器。本文简要介绍了该线电气控制系统的工作原理、对ZBSK_1型顺控器的现场考核结果,分析了环境温度对其故障率的影响。文章指出,这种顺控器组成的控制系统,在可靠性、稳定性、故障率、维修量以及在体积、触点数等方面均优越于用半导体逻辑元件组成的无触点逻辑控制系统。作者认为,采用顺控器还可较简便地更改自动线的工艺程序。图6幅。
Two auto bridge plant processing five tons of truck rear axle reducer shell CSUX-05 automatic wire electric control system uses a combination of ZBSK_1 stepper sequence controller. This article briefly introduces the working principle of this line electric control system. The field test result of ZBSK_1 type sequencer is analyzed, and the influence of ambient temperature on its failure rate is analyzed. The article points out that the control system composed of this sequencer is superior to the non-contact logic control system composed of semiconductor logic elements in terms of reliability, stability, failure rate, maintenance volume, volume, number of contacts and so on. The author believes that using the sequencer can also be relatively simple to change the automatic line process. Figure 6 Figure.
