我们汉语在描述空间方位时,如果没有修辞或其他特殊需要的话,一般习惯于先左后右的描述顺序,即先描写左边,再描写右边。如徐霞客在《游天台山日记》描写明岩山洞外景色时写道:“洞外,左有两岩,皆在半壁;右有石笋突耸,上齐石壁,相去一线……”就是按照先左后右的顺序写的。然而,日语的表达习惯则与此相反,一般是按照先右后左的顺序进行描述。波多野完治的《文章心理学入门》中有这样一段论述。 景色描写、部屋描写端书出来。右手何、左手何顺序
