江总书记在中纪委七次全会的重要讲话中,针对当前党风廉政建设的实际,突出强调了加强干部队伍建设的极端重要性,要求各级领导干部要把树立正确的权力观作为一项长期的重大任务,坚持不懈地抓下去。指出要加快干部人事制度改革步伐,完善选贤任能机制,坚持用好的作风选人,选作风好的人。这个要求很重要,也很有针对性。用什么人不用什么人,对党的作风乃至整个党的建设具有重要的影响和导向作用。只有造就大批高素质的德才兼备的领导干部和各方面人才,才能使我们的事业不断兴旺发达,永远立于不败之地。
