4.3 行车中途停车4.3.1 停车应通过完全实施手制动,以安全、可靠的方式使液罐车停车。以压燃式发动机为动力的车辆不得挂档停车,除非装有一个能在车辆移动情况下阻止发动机起动的有效装置。当车辆停在一个坡道上进行卸液作业时,除非在汽车列车的每一节车上都至少有一根车轴安装了弹簧安全制动器,或在牵引车上至少有两根车轴装了弹簧安全制动器,否则应使用车轮垫木。汽车列车的每一节车所用的车轮垫木不得少于两块。
