最近,南京电子技术研究所的工程技术人员,经过近三年的努力,已成功地将盐浴铝钎焊工艺运用于焊接高精度平板裂缝天线。直径为700mm的高精度平板裂缝天线的焊接在国内尚待研究,而采用胶接工艺做出的平板裂缝天线机械强度低,电性能差,精度不能满足要求。目前,国内虽有几家单位采用盐浴钎焊工艺进行某些合金工件的焊接,但其精度与质量均不能满足航空电子设备的精度要求。南京电子技术研究所从1984年开始对于高精度平板裂缝天线盐浴铝钎焊工艺的研究。工程技术人员刻苦攻关,自行设计了盐浴炉及有关设备,积极消化吸收国内外有关资料,对各种方案反复实验和分析,终于试制成了盐浴铝钎焊
Recently, engineers and technicians of Nanjing Institute of Electronics Technology, after nearly three years of hard work, have successfully applied salt bath aluminum brazing technology to welding high precision flat crack antenna.
