9.1渣打银行(中国)有限公司作为国内首家为旅游业提供保证金第三方托管服务的银行,与上海市旅游行业协会正式签署战略合作协议,双方将继续深化合作,推动旅游业健康可持续发展。中国游客通过旅行社进行出境游时,需向旅行社支付一定的旅游保证金。以往,保证金以现金的形式由旅行社保管,存在一定安全风险,游客也得不到利息,繁琐的支付程序还增加了游客和旅行社双方的负担。
