目的:筛选调控黄芪次生代谢产物皂苷含量诱导子。方法:利用正交试验设计,以黄芪皂苷含量为衡量指标,对调控相应代谢途径的诱导子进行了筛选。结果:水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯溶液(Me JA)进行地上部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪叶皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合;硝酸银(Ag NO3)、Me JA进行地上部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪茎皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合;水及内生菌发酵液溶液进行地下部位处理3d的处理组合是对黄芪根皂苷含量影响的最佳处理组合。结论:黄芪皂苷代谢途径的最佳诱导子是Me JA,处理部位是地下部位,最佳处理时间是3d,最佳皂苷含量变化检测部位是黄芪根部。
Objective: To screen the elicitors of the saponin content of Astragalus secondary metabolites. Methods: Using orthogonal experimental design, taking astragalus saponin content as a measure index, the elicitors that regulate the corresponding metabolic pathway were screened. Results: SA and Me JA treatments were the best treatment combinations for the treatment of Astragalus leaf saponin for three days. Silver nitrate (Ag NO3) and Me JA The combination of treatment with 3d and the treatment with 3d was the best treatment combination for the content of Astragalus stem saponin. The combination of treatment with water and endophytic broth solution for underground treatment for 3d was the best treatment combination for Astragalus root saponin content. Conclusion: The best inducer of Astragalus saponin metabolic pathway is Me JA, the treatment site is underground, the best treatment time is 3d, the best saponin content change detection site is Astragalus roots.
