从去年8月开始传得沸沸扬扬的三林集团整体收购中远三林置业一事终于尘埃落定。对此事简单描述是:印尼首富林绍良的三林集团透过SMIL完全收购了中远集团下属的上海中远地产公司,从而控制了“中远发展”这家国内A股上市公司。实际上,完成此项收购的背后,还有很多远比这样的简单描述复杂得多的事情。
The overhaul of the Sanlin Group, which began its controversy in August last year, has finally been settled. A brief description of the matter is that Sam Lin, the richest man in Indonesia, controlled the COSCO Shanghai COSCO Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of COSCO Group, through SMIL and controlled the domestic A-share listed company “COSCO Development”. In fact, there are many more complicated things to accomplish than this simple description.
