从劳动和社会保障部获悉,医改方案中的“定医院、定药店、定目录”的具体细则即将出台,符合条件的医院和药店被列为定点对象,患者必须到定点医疗机构中去看病和购药,药品目录正在研究和制定中。定点医院的原则包含两部分条件,一是作为合法医疗机构本身必须具备的资格,二是作为定点医疗机构提供基本医疗服务应具备的资格与条件。据劳动保障部门有关人士介绍,定点医疗机构不限数量,只要符合条件,不论国营、集体医院,还是个人诊所,均可入选,但必须有能力提供相应的服务。为了尽可能方便患者就医,患者可在这些定点医疗机构中任选不同层次的3家医院就医,一年后
