[目的]探讨新生儿常见四肢产伤的观察与护理。[方法]回顾性分析在我院分娩并收治入我院新生儿科的四肢产伤病例55例,对其进行诊断、治疗、护理观察和分析,以提高新生儿四肢产伤的诊断治疗及护理水平,以期降低我院新生儿常见四肢产伤发生率,提高产科护理质量。[结果]四肢产伤患儿全部愈合,未见畸形,无手术病例。[结论]早发现、早诊断、早治疗和细致精准的护理有利于新生儿四肢产伤的愈合康复,有利于改善医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
[Objective] To investigate the observation and nursing of common limb birth trauma in neonates. [Methods] Retrospective analysis of 55 cases of limb-related injuries in our department of neonatal hospital who were delivered and admitted to our hospital for diagnosis, treatment, nursing observation and analysis, in order to improve the diagnosis, treatment and nursing level of neonates with limb injury , In order to reduce the incidence of common limbs injury in neonates in our hospital and improve the quality of obstetric care. [Result] The children with limbs injury all healed, no deformity, no operation cases. [Conclusion] Early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and precise and precise nursing are beneficial to the healing and recovery of birth trauma in newborns. It is beneficial to improve doctor - patient relationship and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
