企业思想政治工作必须紧密结合生产经营实际才能扎实有效。二者结合的位置与途径在哪儿,这是政工干部普遍关心的问题。在实践中,我公司的政工人员主要从四个方面寻求二者的结合点,努力把政治思想工作落到实处,收到实效。结合点之一:把思想政治工作贯穿于企业生产经营的各个环节。伴随着生产过程进行思想政治工作,可以发现问题早、解决问题快,增强思想政治工作的针对性、及时性和有效性。我们把思想政治工作和经济工作两块“泥巴”紧密捏在一起,做到你中有我、我中有你。在每进行一次经济活动、下达一项生产任务时,都向职工讲清楚道理,让职工知道“为什么这样做”、“怎样做”等等,使职工明确意义、端正态度,从而自觉、积极地完成生产任务。
