本文报告尼莫地平(Nimodipine,NMD)辅助抗痫药(Antiepileptic drugs,AEDs)在抗痫方面的临床价值。发现NMD可使癫痫患者服用AEDs剂量减小而抑制癫痫发作效果保持或提高。特别是脑血管病后癫痫经小剂量AEDs加NMD治疗后癫痫发作频度下降89.61%。NMD可使某些AEDs血浓度提高。10例在加用NMD前后进行29例次AEDs血浓度测定,加服NMD后AED血浓度明显提高(t检验,P<0.001)。NMD可使36.2%患者病态脑波改善,28例做了事件相关电位(Event Related Polential,ERP),其中P_3潜伏期(P_3L)延长者17例加用NMD9例(52.94%)改善,脑血管病后癫痫者87.5%改善。
This article reports the clinical value of Nimodipine (NMD) -assisted antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) in the treatment of epilepsy. Found that NMD can enable patients with epilepsy AEDs to reduce the dose to prevent the effect of seizures maintained or increased. In particular, the frequency of epileptic seizures dropped 89.61% after epilepsy after cerebrovascular disease with low-dose AEDs plus NMD treatment. NMD can increase the blood levels of certain AEDs. The blood levels of AEDs in 29 patients before and after the addition of NMD were measured in 10 patients, and the blood levels of AED increased significantly after applying NMD (t test, P <0.001). NMD could improve the morbidity of brain wave in 36.2% patients and Event Related Poleity (ERP) in 28 patients. Among them, 17 cases of prolongation of P_3 latency (P_3L) and 9 cases (52.94%) of NMD improved with cerebral palsy 87.5% of epilepsy improved.
