作为一种普遍存在的人际关系,护患关系指的是在日常的护理工作中的护士与患者之间的关系。建立一种良好的护患关系可以在很大程度上帮助病人的救治,克服病人对于就医的心里恐惧。在这个过程中,护理人员的语言起到了关键性作用。基于此,本文对护生语言沟通能力的培养方法进行探讨。
As a pervasive relationship, nurse-patient relationship refers to the relationship between a nurse and a patient in their daily nursing work. Establishing a good nurse-patient relationship can greatly help patients’ treatment and overcome the patient’s fear of seeking medical treatment. The language of the nurse has played a key role in this process. Based on this, this article explores the cultivation method of nursing language communication ability.
