随着我国素质教育的不断推进和社会发展的需要,高职院校培养学生自身的实践能力与创新精神已经成为教学工作中一项重大的研究课题。高职院校开展综合实践课,教师引导学生将实用性和创新性应用到实践活动中,有助于实现人才培养的战略目标。教师要更新教育理念,采用创新手段,将教学理论基础与实践紧密结合,提高高职实践教学的实效性。本文针对综合实践课教学中的难点以及发展现状进出分析,并提出了一些有效的实施策略。
With the continuous promotion of quality education in our country and the need of social development, the cultivation of students’ own practical ability and innovative spirit in higher vocational colleges has become a major research topic in teaching work. Vocational colleges carry out comprehensive practical courses, and teachers guide students to apply practicality and innovativeness to practical activities, which helps to achieve the strategic goal of personnel training. Teachers should update their educational philosophy and adopt innovative means to closely integrate teaching theory with practice so as to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching in higher vocational education. This article analyzes the difficulties and the status quo in the comprehensive practical teaching and puts forward some effective implementation strategies.
