本文提出了一种用于导电结构沉积的新型方法,它源于并完全符合快速联线印刷工艺。该方法可以改进印刷电子行业中导电结构的分辨率、均匀性和边缘清晰度。电晕处理可以提高基材的表面能,基材上某些区域的表面能通过与特定材料(如印版)接触而降低,这些材料具有适宜的表面性能并能形成微米级的图像。将导电液喷印在多相体系表面,并通过高表面能积聚在表面上。通过干燥,导电结构可用作有机场效应晶体管制品的源/漏极接头。
This paper presents a new method for the deposition of conductive structures, which is derived from and fully compliant with the rapid on-line printing process. This approach can improve the resolution, uniformity and edge definition of the conductive structures in the printed electronics industry. Corona treatment increases the surface energy of the substrate, and the surface energy in certain areas of the substrate decreases by contact with specific materials, such as printing plates, which have suitable surface properties and form micrometer-scale images. The conductive liquid is sprayed on the surface of the multiphase system and accumulated on the surface by high surface energy. Through drying, the conductive structure can be used as a source / drain terminal of an organic field-effect transistor article.
