为探讨组织蛋白酶D（CD）的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）生物学行为间关系，应用免疫组织化学ABC法，对33例BTCC及12例正常膀胱组织中CD抗原进行检测。结果显示：正常膀胱移行细胞均呈弱阳性表达，BTCC组肿瘤细胞强阳性率显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．05），且在不同病理分级、临床分期、单发与多发、初发与复发之间差异显著（P＜0．05）。提示CD表达与BTCC生物学特性密切相关，CD通过降解天然屏障在肿瘤浸润转移过程中起重要作用。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of cathepsin D (CD) and the biological behavior of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC), immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect CD antigen in 33 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue. The results showed that the normal bladder transitional cell showed a weak positive expression, the strong positive rate of BTCC tumor cells was significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.05), and in different pathological grades, clinical stage, single and multiple, primary And recurrence between the significant difference (P <0.05). It is suggested that CD expression is closely related to the biological characteristics of BTCC. CD plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis by degrading natural barrier.
