1990年8月12日,山东省在莱芜市召开了全省城镇校舍改造首批验收表彰会。分管城镇、市建设工作的副省长张瑞凤代表省委、省政府出席会议并讲了话。会议表彰了莱芜市、寿光县等16个城镇校舍改造(以下简称“校改”)先进县市区。这16个县市区校改首批验收合格,标志着山东省城镇校改工作已经进入了一个新的阶段。即由宣传发动、规划部署、树立典型阶段,进入了层层落实、区域推进、全面铺开的阶段。
August 12, 1990, Shandong Province held in Laiwu City, the first batch of cities and towns in the province to transform the acceptance recognition. Zhang Ruifeng, vice governor in charge of urban and town construction, represented the provincial party committee and government and made a speech. The meeting commended Laiwu City, Shouguang County and other 16 towns and schools in the transformation (hereinafter referred to as “school reform”) advanced counties and cities. The first batch of school districts in 16 counties passed the acceptance test, marking the town reform work in Shandong Province has entered a new stage. That is, from propaganda to mobilization, planning and deployment, setting a typical stage and entering a stage of implementation at every level and promoting the region in an all-round way.
