(一)S_(808)与S_(711)平行对比试验 1987年八、九月间,化工矿山设计研究院与王集磷矿合作,开展了S_(711)与S_(808)的工业生产对比试验。对比试验是在年处理150万吨原矿选厂的同一磨浮系统中进行的,即由一台球磨机排出的矿浆,分别进入平行的两个系列浮选机,在浮选流程、药剂制度相同的情况下,S_(711)与S_(808)的浮选结果基本相近,详见表1。
(I) Parallel Test of S_ (808) and S_ (711) In August and September of 1987, the Chemical and Mining Design and Research Institute cooperated with Wangji Phosphate Mine to carry out industrial production comparative tests of S_ (711) and S_ (808). The comparative test was conducted in the same mill system that processes 1.5 million tonnes of ore per year, that is, the slurry discharged from a ball mill enters two parallel series of flotation machines, respectively. In the flotation process, the same pharmaceutical system Case, S_ (711) and S_ (808) flotation results are similar, as shown in Table 1.
