本文首先说明了优化区域产业投资结构的理论研究的现状,阐述了合理安排区域产业投资结构的意义和应遵循的原则。该体系从效益、科技进步、社会综合等三个投资结构构成要素出发,提出了11个指标,反映区域产业投资结构。然后,在遵循指标体系设计的原则下,运用结构模型分析方法,构建了一种区域产业投资结构的评价指标体系,并提出了AHP综合评价模型来运用该体系的程序和方法。为区域经济发展决策提供了重要依据。最后,以河北省的投资结构为例进行实证分析。
This article first describes the current situation of theoretical research on optimizing the structure of regional industrial investment, and expounds the significance and principles to be followed in rationally arranging the regional industrial investment structure. Based on the three components of investment structure, such as efficiency, scientific and technological progress and social synthesis, the system proposes 11 indicators to reflect the investment structure of the regional industry. Then, based on the principle of index system design, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of investment structure of regional industry by using the structural model analysis method, and puts forward the procedure and method of AHP comprehensive evaluation model to apply the system. It provides an important basis for the decision-making of regional economic development. Finally, taking the investment structure in Hebei Province as an example, this paper carries out an empirical analysis.
