电容式位置变送器用以测量各种执行机构、阀门的开度位置。它将被测变量转换成标准信号,可与其它仪表一起组成各种自动调节系统。一、工作原理变送器采用圆筒形、旋转变面积的差动电容式结构。固定电极与可动电极之间形成四个可变电容。可动电极(转子)为对称的双扇柱体,与被测部件转轴相连,可变电容量的变动反映出转轴的不同位置。其输出特性如图1所示。由于结构上的原因,有效的测量角度约为70°。该变换器固定电极半径R_0=30mm,圆周上由约1mm的缝对称分为四段;固定电极与转子间的气隙
