近年来,澳大利亚的对外债务日益剧增。如何解决由此而产生的国际收支不平衡现象已成为澳大利亚亚府经济政策关注的一个热点。本文着重分析澳大利亚外债剧增的原因并对其解决债务问题上的政策选择作一透视。
In recent years, Australia’s foreign debt has been increasing rapidly. How to solve the resulting imbalances in the international payments has become a hot topic in the Australian economic policies. This article focuses on the reasons for the dramatic increase in the foreign debt of Australia and provides a perspective on the policy options for resolving the debt problem.
