教育工作中转化学困生是一个让人头疼的难题。以素质教育为指导的,以新课改“面向全体学生”和树立“不让一个学生掉队,不放弃每一个学生”的要求。关心每一个学生的发展,尤其对班内学困生要给予重视,使他们得到相应提高。结合多年的数学教学工作中的实践,我针对班级学生实际情况,结合每学期情况制定适用的辅导计划,勤勤恳恳地开展辅导工作,力求我班的学困生逐渐被改进。在教学过程中如何辅导数学学困生,我从以下几点进行:
