当前,高职旅游教育的突出问题是教学与市场需求的脱节,根源在于学校不了解市场对人才的需求,不能很好地体现高职教育所具有的高等教育任务与职业教育任务这一双重性属性,对高职旅游教育进行改革要按照高职旅游教育的双重性本质,在课程设置、教学方式和教师队伍结构三个方面进行改革。
