目的探讨玻璃体切除术治疗儿童外伤性眼内炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2006-03-2010-03云南省第二人民医院接诊的儿童外伤性眼内炎病例102例,经过标准的三通道玻璃体切除术治疗后的效果。结果经过玻璃体切除术治疗后,98.0%的患者眼内感染得到控制,91.2%的患者得以保存眼球,59.8%的患者视力不同程度提高。结论及时的玻璃体切除术治疗严重儿童外伤性眼内炎,多数患儿炎症得以控制,视力得到不同程度的改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of vitrectomy on traumatic endophthalmitis in children. Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 cases of traumatic endophthalmitis in children admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from March 2006 to October 2010 was performed after the standard three-channel vitrectomy. Results After vitrectomy, intraocular infection in 98.0% of the patients was controlled, 91.2% of the patients were preserved in the eye, and 59.8% of the patients had different degrees of visual acuity. Conclusions Timely vitrectomy can treat severe traumatic endophthalmitis in children. Inflammation of most children can be controlled and visual acuity can be improved to some extent.
