[目的]探讨顺丁烯二酸酐对作业工人肺通气功能的影响,为确定顺丁烯二酸酐的职业健康检查项目提供依据。[方法]2009年4月,对某化工厂60名接触顺丁烯二酸酐的作业人员60名进行肺通气功能测定,并与60名正常对照组比较。[结果]各项肺通气功能指标值接触组均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);除V75、FVC1.0外,其他肺通气功能指标低工龄组均高于高工龄组(P<0.01);与正常人的预计值比较,接触组各指标均明显下降,以反映小气道功能阻塞的指标V50、V25最为明显。[结论]长期接触低浓度顺丁烯二酸酐对作业工人肺通气功能有不良影响,V50、V25最为明显。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of maleic anhydride on pulmonary ventilation in workers and provide the basis for determining the occupational health check-up of maleic anhydride. [Method] In April 2009, 60 pulmonary workers who were exposed to maleic anhydride in a chemical plant were tested for lung ventilation and compared with 60 healthy controls. [Results] The indexes of lung ventilation were all lower in the exposure group than those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Other V75, FVC1.0, P <0.01). Compared with the normal value, the indexes in the contact group decreased significantly to reflect the V50 and V25 indexes of small airway function obstruction. [Conclusion] Long-term exposure to low concentrations of maleic anhydride adversely affected pulmonary ventilation in workers, V50, V25 most obvious.
