This paper proposes a new method - virtual reaction force continuous generation method. Using this method to solve the continuous beam and bending moment distribution method is also through the successive approximation to achieve the required accuracy, but it must converge faster than the bending moment distribution method. First, the mutual correspondence of the two sets of virtual counterforces is taken out of two adjacent spans in a continuous beam and the equilibrium conditions are considered (Figure 1a). Assume that the bearing moments at the three bearings i-1, i, i+1 are M_(i-1), M_i, M_(i+1), and their directions will be determined by the load conditions.
