本文对５４例肝硬化失代偿期和２４例原发性肝癌患者进行了血浆胰高糖素测定。结果表明：肝硬化组空腹血浆胰高糖素值高于正常值，服糖后１小时高于空腹值，而原发性肝癌组低于正常值，明显低于肝硬化组（Ｐ＜０．０１），两者有鉴别诊断价值。
In this paper, 54 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis and 24 patients with primary liver cancer plasma glucagon determination. The results showed that fasting plasma glucagon level in cirrhotic patients was higher than normal and fasting plasma glucose was higher at 1 hour after oral administration of glucose than that in cirrhosis patients (P <0. 01), both of which have differential diagnostic value.
