目的提高对病案复印重要性的认识,加强病案复印管理,提高服务质量。方法分析病案复印存在的问题,采取积极有效的应对措施。结果增强法律意识,做好病历复印相关法律和专业知识的学习和宣教、制定科学的病案复印流程、完善病案管理制度是做好病案复印服务的基础。结论管理人员应尽到自己的职责,层层把关,提高病案质量,确保复印资料完整。
Objective To improve the understanding of the importance of medical records, strengthen the management of medical records and improve the quality of service. Methods Analyze the existing problems of medical records and take active and effective countermeasures.
