IL-4是T细胞分泌的一种具有多方面生物学效应的细胞因子。IL-4在肿瘤免疫中的作用已开始引起人们注意。在小鼠肿瘤模型中,IL-4转基因治疗取得了令人满意的效果,为淋巴因子转基因治疗用于人类肿瘤奠定了基础。
IL-4 is a versatile biological cytokine secreted by T cells. The role of IL-4 in tumor immunity has begun to attract attention. In the mouse tumor model, IL-4 transgenic treatment has achieved satisfactory results, and laid the foundation for the use of lymphokine transgenic therapy in human tumors.
