目的:研究分析含白头翁中药的用药物点及配伍规律。方法:用计算机检索联合人工检索的方法检索含白头翁中药的传统与现代文献资料,借助统计学数据库进一步分析白头翁的用药物点和配伍规律。结果:含白头翁中药多数属于口服剂型,临床使用剂量越来越少,较常见的配伍药效主要以清热解毒、止咳化痰、止痛镇静为主。结论:在临床使用含白头翁中药过程中,可以参照聚类分析结果深入了解药物药性,依照分类特点找出更多用于治疗疾病的药物,科学配伍使用,进而为临床合理用药提供有益参考,充分发挥出中药配伍效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the drug points and compatibility rules of Pulsatilla Chinese. Methods: The traditional and modern literatures containing Pulsatillae Chinese medicine were searched by the method of computer retrieval and manual retrieval, and the pharmacological points and the compatibility rules of Pulsatilla were further analyzed by using the statistical database. Results: Most of Pulsatilla Chinese are oral dosage forms, clinical use of less and less dosage, the more common compatibility efficacy mainly detoxification, cough and phlegm, analgesic-based. Conclusion: In the clinical use of Pulsatilla Chinese medicine, we can refer to the results of cluster analysis to understand the drug resistance, in accordance with the characteristics of the classification to find more for the treatment of disease drugs, the use of scientific compatibility, and thus provide a useful reference for clinical rational use of drugs, adequate Play a compatibility effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
