染色体是遗传基因的载体,研究不问树种的染色体,对了解树种的遗传变异特性、分类位置等都有着重要的意义。为了摸清我区乔灌树种的染色体基本情况,以便为今后的林木育种及树木分类等提供细胞学方面的基础资料,1984~86年,先后对树木染色体的制片方法和30余种树种进行了染色体制片的观察研究,目前初步查清20种乔灌树种的染色体数目,现报导于后。
Chromosomes are the carrier of genetics. Studying the chromosomes of the tree species is of great significance for understanding the genetic variation characteristics of the tree species and the classification position.
