应用电镜和免疫组化方法研究大鼠神经垂体在过热状态下的形态学变化。主要表现为充满神经分泌颗粒的贮存型A型神经纤维膨体的数量明显减少;而其它各分泌活跃型膨体的数量明显增多。还可见A型神经纤维发生变性,个别垂体细胞坏死。上述改变表明神经垂体在超负荷情况下加压素分泌亢进,最终导致功能衰竭。
The morphological changes of the neurohypophysis in rats under hyperthermia were studied by electron microscope and immunohistochemistry. The main manifestations of neurons secreting particles of storage type A nerve fibers were significantly reduced the number of; while the number of other secretory active bulge increased significantly. A type of nerve fiber can also be seen degeneration, individual pituitary necrosis. The above changes indicate that the neurohypophysis is hyperactive in the overload condition and eventually leads to functional failure.
