目的评估淮安市某医院降糖药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)的分析方法,对淮安市某医院2006~2008年各种降糖药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDS)等数据进行统计和分析。结果该院降糖药的总用药金额在逐年增加,其中阿卡波糖用药金额在口服降糖药中三年均位居第一,二甲双胍、二甲双胍缓释片、格列美脲、格列吡嗪四种药的DDDS最高。动物胰岛素制剂的用量逐年减少,而基因合成的人胰岛素用量逐年增加。结论二甲双胍、二甲双胍缓释片、格列美脲、格列吡嗪为该院主要口服降糖药,用药基本合理;阿卡波糖的用药金额排序和DDDS排序同步性较差,并且日消耗费用(DDE)最高。基因合成的人胰岛素受到医生和患者的青睐,正逐步取代动物胰岛素制剂。
Objective To evaluate the application of hypoglycemic agents in a hospital in Huaian City and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The DDD method was used to analyze and analyze the medication amount, frequency of DDDS and other data of various hypoglycemic agents in a hospital in Huai’an from 2006 to 2008. Results The total dosage of hypoglycemic agents in the hospital increased year by year, of which the dosage of acarbose was the first in three years in oral hypoglycemic agents. Metformin, metformin extended release tablets, glimepiride, glipizide The highest four DDDS drug DDDS. The dosage of animal insulin preparation decreases year by year, but the amount of human insulin synthesized by gene increases year by year. Conclusion Metformin, metformin sustained-release tablets, glimepiride, glipizide as the main oral hypoglycemic agents in the hospital, the medication is reasonable; acarbose medication amount and DDDS sorting synchronization is poor, and the cost of daily consumption (DDE) highest. Gene synthesis of human insulin favored by doctors and patients, is gradually replacing animal insulin preparations.
