The university president’s new media ability is the necessary working ability of the principal in the information age. University presidents need to think about how to integrate all kinds of resources in a new media environment, improve the soft power of the school culture brand and better promote the development of the school. Through the qualitative and quantitative research on the principal’s ability of new media, the article has come up with four kinds of countermeasures to improve the ability of university presidents in new media. - Take Zhejiang as an Example The University’s Headmaster’s New Media Competence is the Essential Working Ability of the Headmaster in the Information Age. University presidents need to think about how to integrate all kinds of resources in a new media environment, improve the soft power of the school culture brand and better promote the development of the school. Through the qualitative and quantitative research on the principal’s ability of new media, the article has come up with four kinds of countermeasures to improve the ability of university presidents in new media.
