大型工程项目选择合理的合同结构模式至关重要,我国目前工程项目管理过程中应用较多的承发包模式主要有总包+指定分包模式、总包+内部分包模式(即一包到底模式)、交钥匙模式(即包设计包施工模式)、全独立合同模式等四种模式。每种模式有一定的适用范围,最终我们要逐步形成与国际接轨的项目采购方式与管理合同模式。
