骨骼肌肌电位对单极按需心室起搏器(VVI)的感知功能的干扰(简称肌电干扰)已为人所知。但影响肌电位干扰起搏器功能的因素很少论著。本文初步探讨了安装起搏器时心腔内(最大)R波振幅、起搏阈值(电压、电流)和患者年龄、性别等对肌电干扰的影响。
Skeletal Muscle Myoelectricity Unipolar EPG Pacemaker (VVI) perception of interference (referred to as EMG interference) has been known. However, the factors that affect the myoelectric potential to interfere with the pacemaker function are seldom discussed. This article initially explores the impact of intracardiac (maximum) R wave amplitude, pacing threshold (voltage, current) and patient age and gender on myoelectric interference when a pacemaker is installed.
