In recent years, China’s radio and television system is undergoing a tremendous change in the system, and the group is the center of this change. Especially before and after the accession to the WTO, the pace of reform is accelerating. By the second half of this year, with the completion of the functional transition of the prefectural and municipal governments, most of the provinces and cities in the country will basically have the foundation for collectivization.
