未来的社会,需要我们的孩子学会求助、学会合作。微软的李开复博士与北大副校长陈章良教授在中央电视台“对话”专题节目中谈到人才时,把“团队精神”列为人才最需要具备的四大素质之一(另三个是人品、智慧和激情)。随着新课改的推行,研究性学习全面开展,以前那种“单打独拼”的方式已经很难胜任这种全新的学习形式,学会合作显得更为重要。
The future of society, our children need to learn for help, learn to cooperate. When Dr. Li Kai Fu from Microsoft and Prof. Chen Zhangliang, vice president of Peking University, talked about talent in the special program “Dialogue” of CCTV, they listed “Team Spirit” as one of the four qualities most in need of a talent (the other three Is character, wisdom and passion).
